1. Introduction & B2B Scope

Welcome to FixFlip.com. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of commercial flooring products, moldings, trim, and swatch samples made through FixFlip.com ("FixFlip", "we", "us", or "our"). Our services and materials are designed specifically for licensed contractors, real estate investors, rehabbers, and property developers ("Buyer" or "Customer"). By placing an order, submitting a checkout request, or setting up an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Center Street Lending (CSL) Draw Advance Financing

FixFlip offers an integrated material advance program in partnership with Center Street Lending (CSL). If you select CSL Draw Advance at checkout:

• Minimum Order Size: Material Draw Advances require a minimum order subtotal of $2,000.00 (excluding sample swatches). Orders below this threshold must be fulfilled using Credit Card / Instant Pay.
• Active Loan Verification: You must supply an active CSL loan number or verified property address. Submission of a draw request authorizes FixFlip and CSL to confirm loan standing and charge your project's construction escrow or draw schedule.
• Immediate Material Release: Upon verification and draw authorization, materials are released from our regional warehouses and dispatched directly to your jobsite destination.

3. Credit Card Payments & Merchant Processing

Credit card, debit card, and mobile wallet transactions are securely processed in production live-mode via Stripe. When paying by card, payment is authorized and captured immediately at checkout. FixFlip does not store raw credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

4. Carton Coverage, Ordering, and Overage Planning

All flooring materials are sold in full cartons. Due to standard installation cutting, layout waste, and jobsite trimming, FixFlip strongly advises ordering 10% to 15% overage above measured net room dimensions. Carton coverages are standardized by SKU:

• Waterproof SPC: 27.73 sq ft per box
• Engineered Red Oak 5": 23.66 sq ft per box
• Engineered White Oak 5": 29.53 sq ft per box
• FixFlip Premium Oak 7.5" Heavy Veneer Hardwood: 23.31 sq ft per box

5. Scheduled Jobsite Delivery & Freight Receiving

Freight is billed at a flat base of $450.00 plus $0.40 per square foot across the continental United States. Delivery is curbside direct to your specified jobsite with liftgate and power pallet-jack drop service. The receiving contractor must ensure adequate truck access, clear flat concrete or asphalt surfaces for pallet placement, and verify carton counts upon arrival. Sample swatches are free ($0.00 each) with fixed shipping and handling of $15.00 per package of up to 3 samples dispatched via USPS Ground Advantage (typically 3–7 business days).

6. Unopened Box Credit & Material Returns

To accommodate project overages, FixFlip accepts returns of undamaged, unopened full cartons within 30 days of jobsite delivery. Returned cartons are subject to inspection and may incur a standard 15% restocking fee. See our complete Returns & Unopened Box Credit Policy for instructions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from an order or agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
