1. Scheduled 1-Week Direct Jobsite Delivery

FixFlip coordinates dedicated LTL freight delivery direct to your active rehab project address. Typical transit and arrival timelines are within scheduled 1-week delivery windows from the date of order confirmation and draw approval across the continental United States.

3. Delivery Protocols & Contractor Receiving

Because commercial flooring pallets weigh between 1,500 and 2,500 lbs, freight carriers adhere to strict delivery guidelines:

• Curbside & Driveway Drop: Delivery trucks are equipped with hydraulic liftgates and electric pallet jacks. Drivers will unload pallets to curbside, flat driveway, or open garage aprons. Delivery does not include carrying individual cartons inside the residence or upstairs.
• Site Access: The jobsite must be accessible by standard commercial 53-foot or 28-foot freight trucks. If your project has low hanging branches, weight-restricted bridges, narrow alleyways, or steep terrain, please notify our logistics team prior to dispatch.
• Inspection upon Arrival: A contractor representative should be on-site to inspect shrink-wrap and carton condition, verify box counts against the bill of lading (BOL), and note any transit discrepancies directly on the delivery receipt.

4. Geographic Availability

Jobsite pallet freight delivery is available exclusively across the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently service Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international addresses.
